This will be an open discussion, no set agenda or workshop format, just being a part of a community to express feelings and to explore next steps. Bring a notebook and pen to journal. Wear yoga clothes for deep-breathing exercises and meditation.

• What Impact Am I Making On Others @ home and @ work? With today's news reflecting so much uncertainty, it can be so easy to feel bogged down. This session reviews how to slow down to be more present and productive for others: Am I responding instead of reacting? Am I making clear choices?
