I discovered my gifts as a coach when I was faced with almost insurmountable challenges. Nursing homes, financial loss, family problems, and eventual divorce led me to inspirational, life-transforming growth. Many who knew my strength of adversity began to approach me — looking for guidance in their own lives. My self-discovery combined with my corporate skills offer an opportunity that encourages others to find their own gifts and talents.
I work with groups and individuals to explore who they are and what impact they make on others and themselves. I know the path of losing sight and how easily we can seduce ourselves into living our external veneer. I work with you to explore what inspires and defines you — clarity comes from within.
I am an Executive and Life Coach with a certificate in coaching from John F. Kennedy University's Graduate School of Professional Psychology and the International Coach Federation. I earned a BA in Humanities from the University of Houston and have over 25 years of experience as a technical editor and writer and 8 years as a trainer and team builder. I have worked with administrative staff, senior managers, scientists, and engineers at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Chevron, Electronic Data Systems, and NASA (Ford-Aerospace, Houston). I am also a 360-Coach working with Corporate Balance Concepts based in Chicago.
